Jenks that worse popping after the velocity stack makes me think it's breathing better which would be a leaner condition!! Hope big jets fix it!!!

new coil, cap, rotor, wires, and plugs going in tomorrow. i have a spare box I will throw in if all that doesn't fix it. Maybe redo and check some wiring. maybe bypass everything and wire directly to battery for a test.
I now have a miss without load on the motor.

Well after all of the for mentioned above. I changed some wiring and wired the box straight to the battery, no change. Took the delay box out of the equation, still no change. Put on my better spare wires, changed plugs to one number hotter, changed rotor, put in new coil, cleaned all the connections, cleaned the inside of the dizzy cap and a shot of wd. Still no change. Checked battery voltage, checked good.
So all in all it was the same but worse, than original. Went back into the carburetor and fudged around a little and low and behold, she is back running. So after all that $5 bucks was all it was. But oh well I now have some spare parts.

unfortunately we wont be there once again a race falls on a day my wife works so im on baby watch.....we'll get there eventually with a few tricks up our sleeve.....lol
