WOW !!! That is high!! 112 I presume!! Q116 must be a grand now!!
Double elims eat it up pretty good!! Single pass bogs are nice!!
If you go to gussies you have to make like 4 passes?
That'll last a long time at that rate! I think I', putting my 650 carb on to get some mileage!! ;D

Just called in my order today. 480 for 114. I paid 700 last year because my normal supplier backed out. I am glad he took care of me this year. I run VP and Rocket Brand.

Depending on pit size it is not uncommon for me to burn a couple gallon per pass.
I made 20 passes last year, and burned 55 gallon. 2.75 gallon per pass.
thirsty bitch.

Aaron..... .... If you read the rules and build your truck to the rules you can get away with"playing by the rules" I'm not gutted, full glass, lights wipers, alternator, power steering and 15+ inches of vacuum. That's how you do altered stock!! But sometimes I still have to put my 4150 carb on there, but there isn't that many tracks anymore. Most all let you run the 4500. Just talked to the Mud Mayheim owner. No bog on the 16th and they are having races up the hill but only fun runs, no competition. We're very broke right now and I'm going to work hard to make my rear end really work like a race truck so we'll see what happens. I have a few ideas. Don't worry, they're legal!! (in Cambodia) Well when we gonna but the stuff back in that truck so you can go on the road with it!! Jeffro

I have a problem with rules. They are made to be bent or broken, they are just guidelines. I have all that good stuff too. Alternator, power steering..... just no windows. As far as the vacuum, I have no idea where I fall. I would have to tap a port on the intake to take a reading.
I am contemplating putting the windows back in. Won't be till later this summer if I do it. For now it does not effect anywhere I run. Mainly any mra rules for the moment. Miles and peat monster would make no difference.
Being away from home every week gives me little time to work on the rig. Usually one day a weekend as I like to spend time with my better half when I am home. I got the parts I needed shipped to the house and will be there when I get home. I hope to have it all together this weekend and then be able to do a test and tune.
Keep rocking the bomb!!

I hear ya Aaron, Miles and meat Monster is plenty to race at. especially when your gone all the time. We'll get together and race. I think we are going down to Pinkneyville on Meat Monsters first race though. No sure just yet. You don't usually have to pull vacuum to get in a superstock class. If you don't have a purposely designed vacuum cam you probably won't pull it. They eat up between 50 and 100hp! But to run competitive with a pig of a truck that seems to work the best for me. Well hope to see you sometime !!! Jeffro
